Purpose of the Platform
Remembering You is a memorial platform that allows users to create tribute pages, share memories, and donate to partner charities in honour of their loved ones.

Donations
All donations made through the platform go directly to the designated charity’s bank account. Remembering You does not receive funds from donors. We collect a 6% administrative fee from our charity partners to cover platform maintenance and operational costs.

User Conduct
Users agree not to post any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or violates any intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove such content and, if necessary, suspend accounts involved in violations.

Intellectual Property
All content on the website — including but not limited to text, graphics, design, and software — is the property of Remembering You or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion if you breach any of these terms.

 

Refund Policy
Refunds are generally discouraged and eligible only in case of errors during payment processing. For e.g. multiple times debiting of donor’s card/bank account due to some technical error or donor’s account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to some technical error. In such cases, the excess amount excluding payment gateway charges would be refunded to the donor’s original source account from which the payment was initiated. To ensure user privacy and data accuracy, we will require the donor to make an application for refund within 7 days of the transaction - via email to admin@rememberingyou.in - along with the transaction number and other transaction details if any generated at the time of making payments. Apart from the above, we will unfortunately be unable to provide any cancellations and refunds, as mandated by legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability
Remembering You is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform, including delays or issues in fund transfers by third-party charities.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
